Pour Over Method
This is another one of Zoka’s single origin coffees. I’m trying to figure out exactly what notes I taste in it. It’s a very easy coffee to drink. It reminds me as a light beer to drink. I know it’s not sweet, maybe I would describe it as earthy. I may have to come back to this one and try to describe it again.
